Terms of Service — Elevated Media Creations LLC

These terms apply to your use of the Elevated Media Creations LLC ("EMC") website (elevatedmediacreations.com) and to photography and media services booked through it.

Services

EMC provides real estate photography, videography, drone/aerial imaging, portrait, and event photography services in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are as listed at booking or as agreed in writing.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed on acceptance by EMC. Payment is due per the invoice terms provided at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee communicated at booking time.

Weather and Rescheduling

Exterior and drone photography depend on weather and airspace conditions. If conditions prevent safe or quality capture, EMC will work with you to reschedule at no penalty.

Licensing of Delivered Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: EMC retains copyright in all images and video it captures. Clients receive a license to use delivered media for marketing the specific listing or purpose for which it was commissioned. The license is not transferable to third parties (including other agents or brokerages) without EMC's consent. EMC may use delivered media in its own portfolio and marketing (including social media), unless you ask us not to for a specific property.

Drone Operations

Aerial services are performed in compliance with FAA regulations by registered operators. Flights may be limited or declined where airspace, weather, or safety rules require.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access non-public areas, or copy site content (including portfolio imagery) for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimers and Liability

The website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMC's total liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. EMC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales of a listed property.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
